- Our HSpeed Short Shifter fits plug & play and is adapted to the original mounting points. Adaptation work on the tunnel is not necessary.
- (ONLY Germany)The Short Shifter registration can be done via StVZO §21 (single approval), for this we deliver on request (by email) a material proof.
- The original shift cables are still used! We recommend to replace wear parts like guide block and re-bearings when installing our Short Shifter (Upgradeparts, see pictures)!
- The HSpeed Short Shifter shortens and optimizes the shifting travel of the H-shift and promotes fast and accurate shifting even under tension and load.
- The center position spring installed by us supports you when changing gears and stabilizes the guide between the shifting lanes - for optimal feedback.
- The positioning of the shift lever is designed for both motorsport and very sporty drivers close to the steering wheel.
- Our HSpeed Short Shifter offers you the possibility to adjust the left/right movement as well as the reverse gear lock via the adjustable gear stops. About the gear stops can be locked if necessary lower and higher gears (eg 2 or 5-speed), but we recommend this only for professionals!
- The reverse gear is operated via the pull lever below the shift knob, which unlocks the reverse gear lock and releases the shift gate for reverse gear.
- CAUTION!
- Our short shifters are designed individually for each vehicle model and can only develop their full function in the corresponding vehicle type.
- For the conversion you need common tools as well as vehicle-technical basic knowledge. Adjustment work on the fairing parts are not excluded according to vehicle type.
- Fits only 02J of the newer generations, with same length shift cables Easier installation, thanks to divisible upper and lower part.
